"Rainy Season" by Daniel Zhang

雨季 by 张峰奇

Don't tell me we are doomed to break up over this distance, our two hearts
Or do you choose who you love?
If only those years I had planned for the rainy season
Under the eaves I can't piece together the memories
Where am I? Can I still meet you?

Don't tell me it's all left over from seperating. Or deserting
Gently changing this un-ending tragedy
Autumn wind takes away the sound of my breath
Once again the lonely rain starts up
Where are you? Who's warmth are you depending on?

Now under the raindrops, my heart beats
The letter in my hand, full of eternally sweet words
Until now I was still convinced of them
In my eyes under the rainy season, there is pain in my heart
How could I forget an affectionate heart?
The monologue of the rainy season, how do I calm?

Don't tell me it's all left over from seperating. Or deserting
Gently changing this un-ending tragedy
Autumn wind takes away the sound of my breath
Once again the lonely rain starts up
Where are you? Who's warmth are you depending on?

Now under the raindrops, my heart beats
An empty expression, collapsed my train of thought
Let the tears silently rest
In my eyes under the rainy season, there is pain in my heart
Broken hearted and breathing fast
The compassionate rainy season, when will it stop?
